And Then Came Helena: A Newborn Session

The Carter family welcomed sweet baby Helena, and it was so lovely capturing these first moments together as a family of four.


Mom and the kids wore outfits from the studio wardrobe, and I absolutely loved their soft pastel colour palette. The muted pinks, creams, and gentle neutrals created such a beautiful, timeless look for their newborn photos.


One of the sweetest parts of this newborn session was seeing big brother George with his new baby sister. He was absolutely elated to meet Helena and was so calm and gentle with her. From leaning in to look at her to giving her little kisses, he made sure she felt all the love from her very first days.


We also captured some sweet moments with Mom and Helena, along with Dad holding his tiny newborn daughter. These little details, from her tiny toes to the cuddles with her family, are such a lovely way to remember those early days.


It was a pleasure capturing this new chapter for the Carter family and documenting the beginning of George and Helena’s story as siblings.
